Job summary

SARSTEDT is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair laboratory automation equipment for customers in the Northeast U.S. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and document service reports on-site.

You will travel up to 75%+ with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with teams to ensure timely service and high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Customer-facing field service experience in lab automation equipment.
• Ability to install, service, and repair SARSTEDT equipment onsite.

Responsibilities

• Install and service SARSTEDT lab automation equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic subsystems, focusing on first-time fixes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete clear service reports.
