Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience deploying, configuring, or supporting laboratory automation or industrial robotics systems.
• Experience with scheduling software such as CellarioScheduler, Green Button Go, Momentum, or Overlord.
• Proficiency in code interpretation and object-oriented programming (C# or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills at hardware and software level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of commissioning standard systems, integrating robots, lab instruments, and CellarioScheduler.
• Modify and troubleshoot CellarioScheduler workflows on deployed systems and resolve integration issues.
• Verify hardware, software, and integration deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Commission complex systems with guidance from senior engineers for higher difficulty deployments.
• Execute FAT and SAT independently for standard systems; collaborate for complex systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot automation hardware and devices via firmware and diagnostics.
• Interpret, integrate, and debug C# and Python code within HighRes automation systems.
• Configure relational databases supporting lab scheduling apps using SQL.
• Operate robotic platforms (SCARA and articulated arms) across diverse deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for deployed systems and issues.
