Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support North American customers in the field, delivering end-to-end service for our warehouse robotics. You will handle repairs, installations, and site integrations at customer worksites, travel up to 80%.

The role requires independent problem solving, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to documenting activities in the CRM; a strong focus on CSAT and rapid issue resolution.

Qualificações

• Extensive field service experience delivering repairs and maintenance.
• Experience with complex platform technology.
• Strong customer communication and relationship management.
• Ability to meet metrics for response and resolution times.
• Proven track record in mechanical repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure CSAT and first-time-fix metrics through effective service.
• Document service activities in the CRM promptly.
