Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our North American customers in the field, delivering end-to-end customer-driven solutions for warehouse robotics. The role requires independence, strong technical capability, and a high travel tolerance to cover field sites and installations.

Travel up to 80% is expected, with a pay range of $90,000 to $115,000 annually. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering field service with high reliability and responsiveness.
• Ability to work with highly specialized platform technology.
• Strong customer management and communication in a support environment.
• Track record of meeting metrics like resolution time and CSAT.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service for western regional customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Ops to drive solutions and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure world-class support outcomes: CSAT, resolution time, first-time fix metrics.
• Document service activities promptly in our CRM.
