Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer account management and ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead system integrations, validations, and field tests with independent configuration.
• Create SOWs, Customer Solution Documents, and Integration Scoping Documents.
• Provide advanced technical support and training for customers and partners.
• Develop tools and solutions using APIs/SDKs to streamline integrations.
