Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our Warehouse Robotics at customer sites across North America. You will perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service in the field, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to deliver practical solutions.

This role requires a high travel load (up to 80%), strong customer communication, and hands-on experience with mechanical equipment and power

Qualifications

Experience in field service for complex mechanical or robotic systems.
Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 80% and service at customer sites.
Experience using power tools and specialized equipment.
Documentation and CRM record-keeping proficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance and general technical service.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve issues quickly.
Ensure world-class outcomes: CSAT, rapid resolutions and first-time fix rates.
Document service activities promptly in our CRM and service databases.
