Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, and routine maintenance for western regional customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to provide technical solutions.
• Document service activities promptly in the CRM and ensure CSAT targets are met.
