Job summary

Serve Robotics in the United States is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure the smooth and reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots. You will support robots in the field, perform light maintenance, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to manage deployments, document incidents, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our robotics platform.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness and support robots, ensuring timely response and order fulfillment.
• Assist in deployment processes per deployment plans including preparation, inspection, and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication and records.
