Job summary

Serve Robotics in Dallas seeks an Operations Associate to ensure smooth, reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots. You will assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance like cleaning sensors, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to manage deployments, document incidents, and support safety training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to drive mid-size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable engaging with customers professionally.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response.
• Assist in deployment processes including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication.
• Operate company vehicles to move or reposition robotic units safely.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to PPE and safety standards.
• Secure and recover robotic assets at end of shifts.
• Handle and store tools and protective gear properly.
