Job summary

Serve Robotics is hiring an Operations Associate to ensure the smooth, reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots. In this hands-on role you’ll assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance like sensor cleaning, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to manage deployments, escalate technical issues, and support safety and training initiatives, always prioritizing safety and clear

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to drive mid-size utility vehicles.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Experience engaging with customers professionally.
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response and order fulfillment.
Assist in deployment: prep, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
Track and close escalation tickets with clear communication and records.
Operate company vehicles safely for movement and recovery of robots.
Prioritize safety and adhere to PPE rules and safety standards.
Secure, charge, sanitize, and account for all robotic assets at shift end.
Handle and store tools, devices, and PPE properly.
