Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Robotics Field Hardware Support Engineer to liaison between on-site technicians and RTS engineering, ensuring peak performance of advanced robotics in fulfillment networks.

You will launch new systems, craft maintenance procedures, ensure spare parts availability, monitor performance, troubleshoot, and drive improvements across multiple sites with up to 75% travel. Benefit-rich role within a fast-paced, high-throughput environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting deployment failures and infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience with automation or monitoring frameworks and scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for new product implementations, upgrades, hardware audits, and troubleshooting for advanced robotics systems.
• Partner with site-level reliability and controls teams to maximize RTS system performance.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical and system issues across the RTS product suite.
• Design and implement electro-mechanical tools, fixtures, and diagnostic solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop proactive monitoring tools to measure safety, reliability, and performance of RTS systems.
• Create escalation processes, SOPs, and preventative maintenance protocols for the RTS product suite.
• Travel up to 75%.
