Job summary

Amazon seeks a Robotics Deployment Technical Infrastructure Program Manager III to oversee multiple projects deploying Amazon Robotics solutions at new sites and live fulfillment centers. You will manage budgets, scope, resources, and vendor performance while driving continuous improvements across programs.

This leadership role requires proactive initiative, strong communication, and the ability to scale programs as deployment grows. Travel up to 30% is expected across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business management or related field.
• 7+ years in maintenance, engineering, or launch readiness building scalable deployment playbooks across sites.
• 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs with proven delivery and business case development.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects in a cross-functional environment with internal customers, vendors, and partners.
• Provide vision and guidance to project core teams within leadership guidelines.
• Collaborate with PMs and System Engineers to manage schedules, risks, and roadblocks.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across functions.
• Own the program to achieve targets and drive process improvements.
