Job summary

Amazon Robotics Deployment Engineering is seeking a Robotics Deployment Technical Infrastructure Program Manager III to oversee multiple project managers and system engineers across deployments at new sites and live fulfillment centers.

You will own the program scope, SLAs, budgets, and KPIs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement during fast-paced deployments with 30-40% travel.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to plan, track, and deliver on time and budget.
• Familiarity with robotics engineering and software components.
• Independent initiative to identify opportunities and risks in partner teams.
• Ability to provide program-level reports to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Provide vision and guidance to project teams within leadership framework.
• Collaborate with PMs and System Engineers on schedules, risks, and roadblocks.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders (Construction, MHE, Launch, etc.).
• Own the program to achieve targets and drive improvements in deployment processes.
• Work with leaders across technology areas to improve productivity, quality and cost.
