Intuitive Surgical in the western Pittsburgh area is offering a Clinical Territory Associate role. This 24+ month developmental program will partner with the western Pittsburgh team to learn all aspects of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales components.

The role requires up to 25% travel and flexibility for nights and weekends. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a proven track record of success and strong work ethic in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership or outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas.
• Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and preparation for quota-bearing role.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes, and expense submissions.
