Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate to join the Knoxville team on a 24+ month development program spanning technical, clinical, and sales areas. You will work with surgeons on trainings and in-services to promote robotic technology.

You will travel up to 25% and support territory goals while demonstrating ambition and teamwork in a high-energy environment. Compensation includes base pay + commission and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Ambition and strong work ethic required.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to quotas.
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and preparation for quota-bearing role.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting, expense submissions.
