Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to lead technology-centric product launches at major accounts and educate stakeholders on sustainable use of new technologies. You will train surgical teams and support system installations, ensuring successful adoption of the ROSA system and related technologies.

The role requires a minimum of four years in clinical sales (or orthopedic sales exposure) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or mix of education and experience considered.
Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales/case coverage experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to train and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop account-specific launch plans to enable sustainable support and use of new technologies.
Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on ROSA and other technologies.
Coordinate with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service to onboard accounts, install systems, provide in-service, and train colleagues.
Support advanced technology upgrades and perform key administration duties.
Promote high customer satisfaction through timely responses and professional communications.
Adhere to QA documentation and internal communication policies.
