Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to join the Technology Launch team. This role educates, trains and assists key stakeholders to achieve technology program goals and enable locally sustainable use of new robotics technologies.

The position requires up to 75% travel, focusing on launching technology at key accounts, leading surgical teams through ROSA training, and providing clinical support during enabling cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales/case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account launch plans to enable local support for new tech.
• Lead surgical teams through ROSA training and demonstrations.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service staff.
• Provide in-service training to facility staff and implant sales colleagues.
• Support technology upgrades as needed.
• Maintain key administrative duties.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely responses and professional communication.
• Follow QA policies and documentation standards.
• Attend annual trainings as required.
