Job summary

Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders in sustainable use of technology to achieve program goals.

You will lead training pathways for surgeons and staff on the ROSA system and other technologies, onboard new accounts, participate in system installations, and provide clinical support during enabling technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales/case coverage preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop account launch plans to enable local support for new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training on the ROSA system and related technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager; attend system installations.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Support upgrades to advanced technologies as required.
• Handle key administration duties and QA documentation.
• Promote customer satisfaction through timely, clear communications.
• Attend annual trainings.
