Qualifications

• Experience in production engineering, equipment design, or technical sales within the automotive industry.
• Experience with robotic automation, automated production lines, or system integration (SIer).
• Bilingual Japanese and English (native or business level) to support Japanese client decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Technical consultation & proposals: identify client automation needs and deliver tailored proposals and cost estimates.
• Project management: oversee end-to-end execution from concept to installation and site acceptance.
• Cross-functional coordination: align internal engineers and external partners for technical execution.
• Client relationship management: build relationships with engineering and production management teams at Japanese facilities.
• Future leadership: take ownership of sales strategies with potential to move into management.
