Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Sales professional for an expansion-driven role. This position focuses on robotic system integration (SIer) and factory automation for key Japanese automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle—from client specifications and conceptual design proposals to cost estimation, vendor/engineering coordination, and final delivery. This is a strategic role with a path toward rapid advancement to Manager for qualified candidates.
Essential Duties
Technical Consultation & Proposals: Identify client automation needs and deliver tailored robotic system integration proposals and accurate cost estimates.
Project Management: Oversee full end-to-end execution from concept design to vendor coordination, installation, and final site acceptance.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design engineers and external partners/vendors to ensure project alignment and technical execution.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and production management teams at Japanese automotive facilities.
Future Leadership: Take ownership of sales strategies and team development with the potential to transition into a management role.
Working Hours, Working Style
Full-time; Office-based with business travel.
Working Location
Kentucky (with 20–30% travel, including short-term trips and occasional 1–2 week onsite installation trips).
Salary / Benefit
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (Negotiable; open to higher compensation for top-tier talent).
Support: Visa sponsorship available (E-2 support; candidates applying directly from Japan or with North American assignment experience are welcome). Relocation support considered.

Qualifications
