Virtual Incision is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain the MIRA robotic system at customer sites from Lincoln, NE. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and electromechanical issues, work with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams, and contribute to product improvements while ensuring quality compliance and excellent customer support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of engineering, field service, or related technical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and docs.
• Experience with diagnostic instruments and testing equipment.
• Strong technical writing, organization, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, service, and support robotic systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and electromechanical issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze field data and customer feedback for improvements.
• Develop service procedures, work instructions, and docs.
• Support verification/validation activities and system updates.
• Document activities in the quality system and train customers as needed.
• Travel nationwide for installs, service, and support.
