Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics seeks a Director, Regional Business to lead a high-impact region, owning commercial and clinical performance. You will build and empower Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, translating national strategy into regional action to grow procedural adoption and surgeon partnerships.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership, capital sales, and launch teams, guiding onboarding, analytics, and program maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in medical device or robotics sales/clinical roles.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Successful track record driving procedural growth across complex hospital ecosystems.
• Experience in start-up or disruptive technology environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Translate national strategy into regional execution plans focused on volume and growth.
• Build relationships with hospital executives and KOLs to expand adoption.
• Partner with Capital Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Launch leadership.
• Oversee surgeon onboarding and training cadence with relevant teams.
• Analyze regional performance metrics to identify gaps and drive growth.
• Drive business planning and participate in reviews with Senior Territory Managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and support goals.
• Serve as regional escalation point for customer satisfaction and readiness.
