Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. in Missouri seeks a Roaming Property Manager to support our portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will travel daily to sites within your region to assist operations, leasing, and compliance while ensuring properties meet required standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in affordable housing property management, experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs, strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs.
• Must have strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite
• Must be proficient in auditing, training, and executing standards and goals.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites across their region to fill in for, support, and assist operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident complaints, rent collection, timely recertifications, reporting, and compliance tasks on site.
• Diligently ensure all Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection and notify residents of delinquent rent.
• Provide outstanding service to residents, resolving inquiries, work orders, and requests promptly.
• Must be available to be on call for after-hours emergencies and other business needs.
