Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. seeks Roaming Property Managers to travel regionally, support site operations, and assist with leasing, budgets, collections, reporting, and compliance with fair housing and affordable housing programs.

You will conduct on-site tasks, oversee vendor work, manage move-ins, recertifications, and inspections, and ensure properties meet company standards. Travel expenses may be reimbursed where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience working with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page OneSite and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites across the region to fill in for and support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident concerns, rent collection, and on-site tasks.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations and complete inspections.
