Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking Roaming Property Managers to support our portfolio of affordable housing communities across Missouri. The role requires daily travel to sites within the region and working full-time, 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday.

You will assist with leasing, budgeting, rent collection, recertifications, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and government programs. Travel expenses may be reimbursed, when applicable, and you must maintain strong knowledge of

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
Experience working with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
Strong knowledge of Real Page OneSite.
Strong knowledge of fair housing, local and state regulations.
Proficient in auditing, training, and executing standards.
Strong competency in Microsoft Office and learning new software.

Responsibilities

Travel daily to sites across the region to support operations.
Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident issues, rent collection, and recertifications.
Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are followed.
Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection.
Provide outstanding service to residents and resolve inquiries and work orders.
On-call for after-hours emergencies and other business needs.
