Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. seeks a Roaming Property Manager to cover sites across Missouri. You will travel regularly to support leasing, compliance, maintenance, and resident services while ensuring timely rent collection and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in affordable housing, LIHTC experience, and proficiency with Real Page Onesite and Microsoft Office. Travel and on-call duties are required to meet program standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with LIHTC programs and fair housing regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite and Microsoft Office.
• Auditing, training, and enforcing property standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites across the region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident concerns, and rent collection.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection.
• Provide outstanding service to residents and address inquiries promptly.
• Conduct inspections, supervise vendors, and oversee property turns.
• Support budget monitoring, reporting, and certification processes.
