Fairway Management, Inc. seeks a Roaming Property Manager to travel across Missouri sites and support leasing, budgeting, reporting, and compliance tasks for affordable housing properties.

You will ensure adherence to Fair Housing and LIHTC programs while coordinating with site teams to maintain occupancy and regulatory standards. The role requires extensive travel, prompt rent collection, and timely certifications, with occasional reimbursement of travel expenses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affordable housing property management experience
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations
• Proficient in Real Page OneSite and Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Travel daily to sites within the region to support operations
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, rent collection, reporting and certifications
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing programs
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours and address delinquencies
• Provide responsive service to residents and manage work orders
• Conduct property inspections and oversee vendor work
• On-call for after-hours emergencies and require travel to trainings/conferences
