Job summary

JES Holdings, through Fairway Management, seeks Roaming Property Managers to travel daily across Missouri sites, supporting leasing, compliance, and property operations. You will ensure adherence to fair housing laws and manage certifications and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in affordable housing property management, knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs, and proficiency with Real Page Onesite and MS Office. Travel reimbursements may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing, local and state regulations.
• Proficient in auditing, training, and executing standards and goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites across their region to fill in for, support, and assist operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident complaints, rent collection, timely recertifications, reporting, and related tasks.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection and notify residents of delinquent rent.
• Provide outstanding service to residents and resolve inquiries, work orders, and requests promptly.
• Maintain and build applicant wait lists and conduct initial lease processes with certifications.
• Pass INSPIRE, State, and Government Agency inspections and maintain company standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are lease-ready and market until occupied.
• Inspect units, supervise outside vendors, and oversee onsite tasks.
• Organize community activities per management agreements and lease terms.
• Be available on call for after-hours emergencies and training/conferences as required.
