Job summary

JES Holdings, including Fairway Management (FWM), is seeking Roaming Property Managers to support 250+ properties in the affordable housing sector. You will travel regionally to sites, assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, and reporting, and ensure strict adherence to fair housing regulations.

You will also handle rent collection, renewals, and on-site inspections. Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite and LIHTC requirements, plus auditing and training experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing regulations.
• Proficient in auditing, training, and executing standards and goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites within the region to fill in for operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, rent collection, and reporting.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection.
• Provide outstanding service to residents and resolve inquiries and work orders.
• Inspect units and supervise vendors; manage vacant apartments for leasing.
• Participate in regional and home office trainings and conferences as required.
