Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking Roaming Property Managers to travel daily across the region, supporting property operations, leasing, and compliance. You will handle rent collections, inspections, and resident relations while ensuring adherence to fair housing and LIHTC programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating on-site maintenance, budgeting, and training staff, with travel expenses reimbursed where applicable. A strong background in affordable housing is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC).
• Strong knowledge of Real Page OneSite.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing and local/state regulations.
• Proficient in auditing, training, and executing standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites across region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, rent collection, and inspections.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are followed.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection; notify residents of delinquency.
• Provide excellent service; respond to resident inquiries and work orders promptly.
• Inspect units and supervise outside vendors; walk properties daily.
