Job Juncture is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent in the Raleigh, NC area to lead day and night field operations on highway, roadway and underground utility projects. You will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance across shifts.

The role requires 5+ years of heavy civil experience and DOT project exposure. Local Triangle residents or relocation-ready candidates are invited to apply for a long-term opportunity with a stable contractor.

Competenze

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway and/or underground utility experience at superintendent or senior foreman level.
• DOT roadway or utility project experience; night work a plus.
• Able to read plans and specs and keep accurate quantities.
• ND DOT project experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.
• HCSS HeavyJob or similar field tracking experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Run day and night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and their foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries.
• Plan the work and keep the project schedule shift to shift.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures within approved work windows.
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and the other shift.

Conoscenze

Heavy civil roadway experience

Underground utility experience

Read plans and specs

NCDOT project experience

OSHA 30 (preferred)

HCSS HeavyJob or similar

Valid driver's license

Relocation-ready to Raleigh area
