Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement within 120 days.
• Night and weekend work may be required during emergencies and inclement weather.
• Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment for highway maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway maintenance, roadside activities, and pavement markings to keep highways safe and drivable.
• Install and replace signs, traffic control devices, and guardrails; repair facilities as needed.
• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment; respond to emergencies and hazardous situations.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervision as part of a crew.
