South Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a Highway Maintenance Worker to keep state highways safe and drivable. You will operate equipment, perform roadside and winter maintenance, and support a crew in a variety of weather conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and replace signs, traffic control devices, and pavement markings.
• Maintain and repair guardrail systems and facilities; perform winter maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and hazardous incidents; provide on-the-job training and direction.
