AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator in Denver to assist members with roadside needs, perform jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockouts, and tow vehicles when required. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliable field work across varying conditions.

Ideal applicants have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and make sound field decisions.
• Comfortable using GPS, tablets, and mobile apps for service requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency roadside services including tire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing/installations, jump starts, lockout, and minor repairs.
• Tow disabled vehicles following procedures and towing guidelines.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document vehicle logs and receipts.
• Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and operate tablets to manage calls.
