Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator to respond to roadside calls, perform jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts, and safe towing on a flexible schedule across the Denver area. You’ll use tablets to manage requests and maintain DOT compliance while delivering top-notch member service.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, pass screenings, and enjoy working outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with minimal infractions.
• Must pass drug screening, MVR, background check, and DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency roadside services: tire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing/installation, jumps, lockouts, minor adjustments.
• Safely tow disabled vehicles following procedures.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and report concerns.
• Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and document daily activities.
