This is a field-based role requiring independence and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass drug, background checks and DOT physical.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a service vehicle.
• Provide emergency services: tire changes, fuel delivery, jump starts, lockouts.
• Tow disabled vehicles following procedures.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete DOT inspections and document service calls.
• Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.
• Use tablets to manage calls and update requests.
• Maintain driving records and safety compliance.
• Achieve goals for member satisfaction, safety, and productivity.
• Support events as needed.
