Job summary

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc. in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Service Vehicle Operator to respond to roadside calls and assist stranded motorists with jumps, tire changes, and lockouts.  You may tow vehicles and work independently on the road, contributing to member safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks and DOT exams, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass drug screen, MVRO, background check and DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfort with GPS, tablets and mobile apps.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to complete AAA training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside requests for AAA members using a service vehicle or tow truck.
• Provide emergency services: tire changes, fuel delivery, battery work, jump starts, lockouts, minor repairs.
• Safely tow disabled vehicles following procedures.
• Verify membership and deliver excellent service.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep vehicle clean and professional.
• Document daily activities, calls, and receipts.
• Maintain DOT certification and driving record.
• Aim for high member satisfaction, safety, and productivity.
• Support events as needed.
