Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency services: tire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing/installation, jump starts, lockout assistance.
• Safely tow disabled vehicles per procedures and towing guidelines.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and accurate records.
