Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale events, coordinate repairs and maintain smooth operations for our customers on the road.

You will work with drivers, customers and service providers to ensure timely repair responses, accurate estimates and compliant billing, while handling high-priority projects with clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related field experience (logistics/transportation/auto tech).
• At least 1 year of Cox Fleet experience as a Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repairs and incidents.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and follow customer instructions for equipment.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
