Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Roadside Event Specialist II to join our team. You will help manage large-scale events, coordinate with drivers, customers, and service providers, and ensure timely repairs and accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• You will work with drivers, customers and service providers to handle large-scale maintenance and repairs.
• Manage the day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high dollar-amount repair approvals and serious situations such as accidents, police impounds and more.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that any other customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is being followed at the highest possible level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
