Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to join our team. You will work with drivers, customers and service providers to manage large-scale maintenance events and repairs, ensuring timely responses and accurate billing.

The role emphasizes handling high-priority events, maintaining open communications, and delivering best-in-class service while supporting work-life balance and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience (logistics, transportation, automotive tech) or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing and email.
• Excellent communication by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-value repair approvals and incidents such as accidents or impounds.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that customer instructions are followed promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately and billing communicated with service providers.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Adhere to customer protocol at the highest level and maintain service quality.
