Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to oversee large-scale events, campaigns and the flow of open roadside events. You will coordinate with drivers, customers, and service providers to ensure timely repairs and accurate estimates.

The role emphasizes handling high-dollar approvals, maintaining customer protocol, and delivering first-class service while balancing a strong work-life balance with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in logistics/transport/auto tech.
• At least 1 year in a Cox Fleet role (Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious situations.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and follow customer instructions for equipment.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
