Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or automotive tech.
• Alternative: advanced degree or certification or 5 years in related field.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of major events, including high dollar repairs and serious situations.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and customer instructions are followed.
• Verify estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers effectively.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at high level.
• Ensure correct billing is communicated with service provider.
