Responsibilities include handling inbound calls from Salem customers, diagnosing mechanical issues, serving as the liaison between the servicing location and the customer, and delivering courteous, effective service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior call center or telemarketing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & remain accurate.
• Pleasant attitude and personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency roadside assistance to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Receive in-bound calls from Salem customers & diagnose mechanical issues.
• Act as a liaison between the servicing location & the customer.
• Demonstrate excellent phone & customer service skills to interact with internal & external customers.
