Sweetie Boy Transportation in Richmond, VA seeks a Fleet Breakdown Coordinator to manage breakdown events, coordinate roadside repairs, and oversee vendor relations. The role ensures safety, DOT compliance, and minimal downtime for the car hauler fleet.

Ideal candidates will diagnose issues, document repairs and costs, and liaise with drivers and repair shops. This is a full-time on-site position with after-hours on-call support as needed.

• Coordinate with drivers, in-house techs, and external vendors to resolve issues fast.
• Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, costs, and downtime.
• Ensure repairs align with DOT and safety standards.
• Negotiate repair costs and manage relationships with shops and service vendors.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive maintenance.
• Provide guidance to drivers for minor troubleshooting and safety procedures.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call breakdown support.
