Job summary

NK Towing is seeking a daytime Dispatcher to assist AAA members during roadside emergencies. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and makes quick, informed decisions.

You will coordinate multiple drivers, use GPS software and dispatch systems, and keep accurate logs for service calls from our Vista, CA base. Training is provided to start quickly and handle fast-paced situations confidently.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task are essential.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, are required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers to emergency roadside calls using mobile devices and computer software.
• Answer phones in a timely, friendly and professional manner; assess caller needs to dispatch the best service vehicle.
• Dispatch calls based on service needs and the appropriate truck required for the customer.
• Complete reports and paperwork timely; collect driver documents daily and log activities.
• Maintain accurate records of departure, arrival, calls, tow destinations and charges.
• Follow company processes for call clearance with complete documentation.
• Use GPS tools to track vehicle locations to aid prompt service.
