Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1-3 years call center experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Receives road service request information from Member Service Counselors and dispatches calls to facilities using various channels.
• Determines service type and the best facility based on location, capabilities, and capacity; prioritizes calls by safety, weather, traffic, etc.
• Ensure ETA accuracy, allocate resources efficiently, and coordinate with drivers and facilities.
