Responsibilities

• Receives road service requests from Member Service Counselors and dispatches calls to facilities using various channels.
• Determines service type (service vehicle, tow, locksmith) and selects the most appropriate facility based on location and capacity.
• Prioritizes calls considering safety, weather, traffic, and ETA; ensures timely service delivery.
• Maintains documentation on call status and clears calls with proper codes.
• Communicates with members to provide guidance on problem resolution, benefits, and potential charges.
• Monitors resources and coordinates with drivers and facilities to optimize deployment and update on-call status.
