Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Roadside Assistance Agent to handle inbound calls on premise in Tulsa. You will deliver calm, expert help to customers, determine a course of action, troubleshoot vehicle issues, and guide customers to get back on the road quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in an inbound call center or automotive-related business is a plus.
• Intermediate typing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and office software.
• Available to work multiple schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to callers with vehicle issues.
• Determine a preliminary course of action based on information from the customer.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers to get back on the road quickly and safely.
• Explain vehicle features and policies clearly to customers and team members.
