Qualifications

• Inbound call center experience is a solid plus.
• Proficiency with data entry and typing.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, slides).
• Ability to adapt to multiple schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to callers experiencing vehicle-related difficulties.
• Determine a preliminary course of action based on customer information.
• Think creatively to facilitate problem resolution and enable one-call resolution.
• Explain vehicle features and company information clearly.
